\nWO Calitzdorp. Port-style fortified wine from 74% Touriga Na\u00e7ional, 18% Tinta Barocca and 8% Tinta Roriz. Spontaneous fermentation (natural yeast). Matured in big vats for 20 months.
\nAlc 19.3 | RS 91.4 | TA 5.5 | pH 4.0
\nWinemaker's Tasting Notes: Dark black with plum red rim. Very aromatic nose of ripe red berries and cherries, violets and dark chocolate. A big wine full of ripe dark fruit\u00a0\u2013 plums, mulberry and black currant. Smooth dark chocolate undertones and firm tannins.
\nCellaring Advice: Should mature for over 30 years after vintage.
\nPairing Recommendation: Enjoy on its own or with some well-matured cheese. Also good with nuts or dessert.
