AT THE SA fine wine auction by Strauss & Co on 3 April 2022, highlights of the sale focusing on three top Pinot Noir and Chardonnay producers in the Hemel-en-Aarde were as follows:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Six bottles of Crystallum<\/strong> Cuv\u00e9e Cin\u00e9ma Pinot Noir 2009 fetched R8000 (R9380 incl VAT and fees), compared to the pre-auction estimate of R9000 to R12\u00a0000.
\n\u2022 Six bottles of Storm<\/strong> Ridge Pinot Noir 2018 fetched R7500 (R8794 incl VAT and fees), compared to the pre-auction estimate of R7000 to R9000.
\n\u2022 A double magnum (3L) of Newton Johnson<\/strong> Family Vineyards Chardonnay 2014 fetched R5500 (R6449 incl VAT and fees), compared to the pre-auction estimate of R4000 to R6000.<\/p>\n
